Angela approaches therapy with the belief that meaningful change is built on trust, presence, and a strong therapeutic relationship. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and strives to create a space where they feel heard, valued, and not alone as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), humanistic psychology, and existential psychology.
Angela has had the privilege of working with individuals across different age groups and cultural backgrounds, offering support through a variety of mental health challenges. She is especially experienced in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, family dynamics, and issues related to self-esteem. Her approach is rooted in individualized care and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Angela holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Her educational background blends a strong foundation in brain science with clinical training, informing her holistic approach to mental health.
