Offers virtual and in-person appointments in Farmington.
Therapy with me is teamwork. I focus on working with teens, and I also support men, women, and couples. I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship stress, disordered eating, and other challenges. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My approach is real and down-to-earth, rooted in person-centered therapy, which means I meet you where you are and see you as the expert on your own life. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you in reaching your goals and getting what you want out of therapy. I also draw from CBT, attachment-based work, and resilience-focused strategies to fit your needs. Together, we’ll build coping skills, work through tough experiences, and strengthen your resilience. Therapy is a space to be real, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and figure out a way forward. At the heart of it, I’m here to help you set meaningful goals, stick with them, and take practical steps toward the life you want.
